We’re excited to spread joy this Easter with our Egg Hunt for Kids with Special Needs and we want you to be a part of it! Join us in creating a wonderful experience for the families and children in our community. Here’s how you can help:

Setup Team | Starts at 8:00 AM
Help create a welcoming and organized environment by setting up the egg hunts, directing vendors, and assisting community partners in setting up their stations.

Welcome and Registration Team | Starts at 10:00 AM
Greet families with a warm welcome and assist with registration, setting the tone for a fun-filled day!

Parking Team | Starts at 10:00 AM
Help direct traffic and guide families to the registration area, ensuring smooth entry to the event.

Egg Hunts | 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

  • Quiet Hunt: For children with sensory sensitivities, this hunt provides a calm, quiet environment.
  • Magnetic Hunt: Designed for children with mobility challenges, this hunt uses magnetic eggs for easy collection.
  • Beeping Hunt: A sensory-friendly hunt for children with visibility challenges, where eggs make sounds to guide participants.
  • General Hunt: A traditional egg hunt tailored for children with special needs.
  • Sibling Hunt: A fun and engaging egg hunt for siblings of children with special needs.

Activities Team | 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Help facilitate exciting inflatable games and the train ride, ensuring that kids have a blast on the blacktop.

Sensory Station Team | 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Lead sensory-friendly activities that provide a relaxing, engaging experience for kids in a calm setting.

Tear-Down Team | Starts at 12:30 PM
After the event wraps up, help us clean up and tear down. You’ll assist with packing up supplies, taking down signage, and ensuring the space is the same as we found it.
