Volunteer – Egg Hunt for Children with Special Needs

Volunteer for Grace City’s annual Egg Hunt for Children with Special Needs and help us spread joy this Easter! Here is how you can help out:

Setup | 20 Volunteers | Starts at 8am

• Setup Team will set up egg hunts and direct vendors and community partners to their stations

Welcome and Registration | 10-12 Volunteers | Starts at 10am

• First Impression (starting at 10:00am this team will create the first impression experience, & registration)
• Parking (starting at 10:00am this team will direct traffic and lead people to registration)

Egg Hunts | 10 Volunteers | 10am-12:30pm

• Quiet Hunt (egg hunt for kids with sensory issues)
• Magnetic Hunt (egg hunt for kids with mobility issues)
• Beeping Hunt (egg hunt for kids with visibility issues)
• General Hunt (typical egg hunt for kids with special needs)
• Sibling Hunt (typical egg hunt for siblings of kids with special needs)

Activities | 2-4 Volunteers | 10am-12:30pm

• Help facilitate inflatable games and train ride on blacktop

Sensory Station | 2 Volunteers | 10:00am-12:30pm

• Lead sensory station activities for kids
